My banner for blog

Hey, take a look of my banner. I have just created it for my blog. My blog theme is green there for i choose the field image for unity. This image is not orginal, i cropped it by using photoshop, added some text. I love this image because it looks natural and it expresses the freedom and peacefull.

Typography 2

this is another version of my typography practice. The sentences are belong to Thomas Carlyle (1795- 1881) an English historian

Typography practice

Playing with typography is also a good way to develop design skills. This week i have learned many things about typography, it is unbeliveable that the words can talk. Beside photography, typography is also such a strong tool to express our idea.

My new poster

I saw my friends make a lot of posters for the Earth day so i want to make a poster for this day too.

And this is my poster. I call it " We are grilling"

As u can see, the picture dominant is the globe and the cooking-stove. The earth is infront of the cooking stove and it will be burn soon. Why i chose a cooking-stove to grill the earth? The reason is it is made by human. Human is grilling the earth through their action such as cutting of forest, burn fossile oil...

Composite practice.

This is my practice about the "composite". In my opinion, Wine is not good for our health, wine is very hot, like a flame can burn organs inside our body and it can cause kidney damage. I assume wine as a flame and warning people that dringking wine can burn and kill themselves.

About the technique, it is quite simple, i use blend tools and make 2 layer: one for wine bottle and one for the flame

Gestalt practice

I am very interested in moon, after reading the element and principle of design documents, i decide to practice those knowledges into real. I choose a picture of Moon in google, it is quite dominant moon. About the typography, i want to everyone pay attention to the word " Moon ", Therefore i make it bigger and the colour is difference. In addition, i want to lead the reader view from the words : The legend of" to the words : in Vietnam, i rotate the word " Moon" a little bit and it look like a link to connect the upper words and lower words.

My design donation

If i have choice , i will donate my design for :
1/ My family business: Transport services.
As a son, i have to care about my family business. The transport service is the most competitive service now. It requires a lot of marketing plan to attract more customers. I will donate all my design skills and concepts to improve my family business. Such as, i will create many posters for my car, show to the customer that my cars are safe and comfortable.
2/ Charity for homeless children and old people.
About the second choice, i think i am a very kind person. Every time when i go in the street and i see homeless children go around for food or selling lottery. I feel very sad, what will they eat if they cannot find food and where they will live if it is rain? Old people are also. They are old but they have to go around city under the hot weather. I will donate my skills, my design to gain a lot of charity from people and change people‘s thinking about homeless children and old people.
3/ My football club
Of course, football is my love. I will use all my design skills to express my love. It can be a room full of football images or a poster for the World Cup festival, etc.
